Diamond Lake Vacation Packages

I always stay here when I drive to Oregon. It’s easy to find, safe, quiet, my parking is usually in front of my room. This place is just convenient for me. No complaints.

Our room wasn’t that clean, found crumbs on the chairs and close to the fridge. We found hair in the bathroom and Ants. The bathtub was clogged, water took time to go. Sheets were clean but the couch had dirty spots. The floor was dirty too. Ice machine didn’t work. I liked the layout of the suite. My kids liked the swimming pool. Breakfast was ok.

The hotel is in need of a thorough deep cleaning and some much-needed upgrades. There was a hole in the shower wall, the body wash dispenser was empty, and the room was quite dusty. The front desk staff was pleasant at check in however, they did not provide information about where my room was located or details regarding the breakfast location and schedule until I specifically asked.

The room was older but in wonderful condition. The breakfast provided was adequate, nothing special but all we needed.

Staff weren't too knowledgeable as far as promos and discounts for frequent flyers like myself and my brother. We live out of state and granted we are only an hour away but I like to have my ducks in and row before.we get there. When I made the reservation over the phone I was told one thing (that's why we went) and then when we got there, it was a different thing. The front desk staff told me I could get ahold of, sorry the name escapes me, and speak with them because they were the person in charge of the promos and that they couldn't do anything for me but they did have to charge me. So I asked to speak with that person and was told that they were gone for the day and was not returning until Monday. Well didn't help me at all this is a Thursday night I live out of state and now I'm out more money than intended so less money to gamble and have fun with I really just did want to turn around and go home. But we made the drive, spent the money on the gas, and it was already dark. Might sound Petty to some people, but checking in at 9:00 p.m. and having to check out by 11:00 a.m. the next day at a hotel / Casino, I would much rather be spending my money at the casino and that's what I was told. So we stayed, I was determined to turn my mood but that didn't happen. We left the next morning checked out before 11:00, with a very sour taste in my mouth for rain Rock. Have not been back since.
